Dr. Lilibet Sosa serves as the Principal of North Dade Academy, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in Miami‑Dade County Public Schools. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a proven track record as an assistant principal, instructional supervisor, and instructional coach, Dr. Sosa is deeply committed to fostering academic excellence, supporting teachers, and creating a positive, student‑centered school culture. She has dedicated herself to supporting students, teachers, and families with care and intention. Her goal is to help create a school community where every child feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to succeed. Her background in strategic planning and professional development guides her mission to ensure every student at North Dade Academy thrives. Dr. Sosa believes deeply in strong relationships, open communication, and working together with the families to build a positive and empowering environment for all.

Mr. Eduardo Aguilar serves as the Assistant Principal of North Dade Academy, supporting the school’s day-to-day operations, instruction, and student life.

Mrs. Jackelyn Kelly serves as the Client Intake Specialist at North Dade Academy, bringing more than 8 years of administrative and customer service experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations & Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration and is a Florida Public Notary. Mrs. Kelly is passionate about the educational system and eager to assist with parent and administration needs.
